Starting Friday, May 17 at 8 p.m. through Tuesday, May 21 at 5 a.m., there will be a full closure at 6 Avenue S.W. between 2 Street S.W. and 4 Street S.W. for Green Line construction. Routes 3 and 17 will be detoured.


Southbound routes 3 and 17 will travel:



  • From west on 6 Avenue S.W.

  • North on 1 Street S.W.

  • West on 4 Avenue S.W.

  • South on 5 Street S.W., resume regular routing.


The following stops will be temporarily closed:



  • WB 6 AV S.W. @ 2 ST S.W. (#5178) - Route 3

  • WB 6 AV S.W. @ 3 ST S.W. (#8200) - Route 17


Please use the following stops in lieu of the closed stops:



  • WB 6 AV S.W. @ E. of 1 ST S.W. (#6334)

  • WB 4 AV S.W. @ 2 ST S.W. (#3881) - nearside detour stop

  • SB 5 ST S.W. @ 7 AV S.W. (#9921)

Starting Sunday, May 19 at 6 a.m. through Tuesday, May 21 at 8 p.m., Heritage Terminal will be partially closed for water service repairs. Route 3 will be detoured.


Buses will travel:



  • East on Heritage Drive S.W.

  • Driveway to access Heritage Bus Terminal

  • West on Heritage Terminal Road to regular route


Stop #3756 at Heritage Station will be temporarily closed. Please use the temporary stop located just west of the closed stop.
